DESCRIPTION:Meditation class teaches the basic techniques used for our meditation.  The class then will address some of the concerns that the seeker has while meditating, such as, “I can’t concentrate… I can’t do it.” The class addresses those fears and frustrations all too prevalent when beginning meditation, and even after meditating for years.\nThis 45 minute class occurs at 6:30 PM HST on Thursdays.\nContact Rev.
